Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Any problems with your order must be reported to MBS within 48 hours of receipt.
Open and inspect your order immediately upon delivery to identify any issues.
Return Authorization (RMA)
To obtain an RMA, contact our returns specialist at sales@mbs-standoffs.com with your order number. Once approved, you will receive your RMA number, return instructions, and the return shipping address.
Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email sales@mbs-standoffs.com with your order number. Include your name, company name, best email and phone number, and reason for the return.
Our returns team will review your request and respond in a timely manner. If approved, you'll receive your RMA number, return instructions, and return address.
Package the items securely in their original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once received, MBS Quality Control will inspect the items. If accepted, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Restocking Fees
MBS may request photos of the items to assist with the return process before a physical return is initiated.
Upon receipt, all returned goods will be inspected by MBS Quality Control. If accepted, a credit will be issued.
Refunds
After return is received and approved by QC.
Credit issued to the same card or account used for purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please include photos of the product and the packaging in your message. We will work quickly to resolve the issue - in these cases, MBS covers all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.

Exchanges
To begin an exchange, email sales@mbs-standoffs.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as standard returns - items must be unused, in original packaging, and within the 15-day return window.
