Policies & Pricing
All international orders follow Ex Works (EXW) delivery terms from MBS warehouses. Review the key policies below before placing your order.
International orders cannot be placed online. Contact us at (813) 938-6025 or sales@mbs-standoffs.com with your full company information and product list so we can provide an accurate quote.
We'll prepare a detailed quote including product pricing, FedEx shipping costs (weight + value + destination), and wire transfer instructions. Quotes are sent via email.
All international orders must be paid via wire transfer. Payment details are included in your quote email. Orders are processed after payment clears.
All international orders ship via FedEx. You'll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number once the order ships. Third-party carrier accounts are accepted with a $5 handling fee.

Customs, Taxes & Other Fees
When shipping internationally, additional government-imposed fees may apply at the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Export compliance: MBS products are subject to US Export Administration Regulations. By placing an international order, buyers agree to comply with all applicable US export laws and documentation requirements. MBS reserves the right to decline orders to restricted destinations.
Inspecting your order: Upon delivery, inspect all items immediately. Any transit damage or shortage claims must be reported to MBS in writing within 5 business days of delivery. Save all original packaging until your claim is resolved. After 5 days, products are deemed accepted and claims waived.

All MBS Standoffs pricing, quotes, and invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD). Wire transfers must be sent in USD.

Exchange rates vary — check with your bank
Orders are fulfilled after wire clears
Because exchange rates fluctuate daily, your bank or financial institution will apply the current conversion rate when you initiate the wire transfer. MBS Standoffs has no control over the exchange rate applied. We recommend confirming your bank's international wire fees before sending payment, as some institutions charge sender and recipient fees that may be deducted from the transferred amount.
If the received amount is less than the invoice total due to bank fees, our sales team will contact you to arrange for the difference before we process your shipment.

Canadian customers should be aware that all shipments are subject to Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) inspection. MBS will provide a commercial invoice with accurate product descriptions, HS codes, and declared values for customs clearance. Do not request under-declared values — this is illegal and MBS will not accommodate such requests.

Shipping Rates Explained
FedEx shipping fees for international orders are calculated on a combined basis of weight, declared value (for insurance purposes), and destination country. MBS does not markup shipping fees – you pay exactly what FedEx charges us.
Some larger orders may ship in multiple parcels. In this case, additional fees may apply for each parcel. This will be clearly noted in your quote before you commit to the order.
If you prefer to use your own FedEx account, we accept third-party billing. A $5 handling fee will be added to your invoice. Please provide your carrier account number when placing your order.
